JCN Spain trading as Mirador Group has been developing on the Costa Blanca, Spain, for the past ten years. Mirador Group is part of the JCN Group of Companies established in Jersey in 1967 and has developed mainly commercial properties in Jersey. The JCN Group continues to do so and has now started construction of the largest office block in Jersey due for completion in September 2009.

In Spain, Mirador Group has built over 150 units of Spanish property accommodation since it was established eight years ago.

Our Spanish property developments are located in well established areas with good infrastructure and amenities in close proximity. All our Spanish properties for sale have sea views, are in quiet locations and are close to golf courses, theme parks (Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Aqualandia, Aqua Natura and Terra Natura), as well as being close to the Grand Prix in Valencia and of course the Spanish bars and restaurants.

Our developments are within 30 minutes of Alicante Airport and the new high speed rail links to Madrid will come on line direct to Alicante and Valencia by 2010 which in due course will link to London via Paris.
